Job Summary

Together as a team, you work towards achieving business objective & goals by ways of building & establishing strong relationship with customer and maximize potential sales opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

• Tailor approach and actively selling to customers through effective sales skills, in order to achieve and exceed individual and boutiques sales target.
• Effectively utilize the customer service guideline and provide high level of customer service during the sales pitching interactions
• Keep in touch with potential customers regularly, proactively provide and follow up after-sales service
• Delivering appropriate products knowledge and products maintenance information to customers during the selling process
• Abide to the “Standard Operations Procedures” in ensuring high level of operating efficiency.
• Initiative in supporting colleagues, strengthen mutual cooperation and communication between team members to achieve targets together as a team

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or any other equivalent education qualification.
• Candidate must be able to communicate in English. Ability of communicating in other languages will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years working experience in retail industry are required. Candidate with Jewellery experience will be having advantage.
• Strong passion in delivering high level of customer service.
• Well-groomed and well presented at all times
