Job Summary:

Grow OEM business by developing OEM sales strategies and overseeing its execution by OEM Account Manager while prospecting and engaging new, high potential OEM customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with OEM Dept Head to develop sales strategies for OEM customers
  • Achieve individual and section's sales targets
  • Set annual sales target of Account Manager and offer support and guidance to see its achievement
  • Prospect and develop new and high potential OEM customers in order to promote awareness of OEM brand and grow its customer network
  • Display extensive knowledge of all OEM lubricant product specifications and be able to discuss its unique selling proposition to new, high potential OEM customers
  • Maintain professional relationship with all current key OEM customers by occasionally accompanying Account Manager's sales calls and visits to discuss and promote new products and offer any technical or marketing support which will help to drive OEM sales
  • Discuss progress of sales targets and report to OEM Dept Head on regular basis
  • Supervise members of OEM Department and offering support and guidance in order to achieve their individual and career growth goals
  • Trouble-shoot any concerns or complaints by OEM customers against products and services

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in oil, lubricant and other related businesses
  • With Supervisory capacity; must be results-oriented and customer-centric
  • With driving skills and valid driver's license
  • Amenable to work onsite in Makati and perform client visits outside Metro Manila
  • Knowledge in basic MS Office Work tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
