Job Description
1. Responsible for planning, developing and achieving Sales targets and being able to develop sales
2. Contribute to the development of sales targets based on analysis and provide advice and consultation to the Board of Directors on current developments and trends
3. Plan and support the distribution network with promotions including organizing corporate events and training for the Company to grow the Company's sales
4. Expand and increase sales by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information.
5. Become a leader who has a solid team, reliable, with integrity, and never gives up
Condition :
1. Maximum age 45 years
2. Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager / Marketing Manager from a HEAVY EQUIPMENT company (MANDATORY)
3. Education minimum D3/S1
4. Have strong knowledge and experience in the field of sales and promotion, preferably in the Heavy Equipment Unit.
5. Have the ability of Leadership, Planning, communication, presentation, negotiation and implementing sales and promotion programs in the area.
6. Target achievement oriented, hardworking and highly dedicated.
7. Able to operate computer (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), especially Excel program (Pivot, Hlookup, Vlookup)
