Job Description

  • Promotes and leads in marketing, and selling all of Federal Land’s properties through advertisements and other initiatives
  • Processes client’s transactions and client’s requirements
  • Builds and fosters professional networks to maintain a professional relationship with clients and colleagues and stakeholders
  • Processes client transactions and client’s requirements
  • Achieves monthly and semestral sales quota as required within the duration of the contract
  • Manages a team of Property Specialists and help them to translate leads into sales
  • Responsible in recruiting and training a group of qualified, active, and tech-savvy sellers
  • Coaches and motivates the sales team to maintain a highly motivated, engaged and energized sales atmosphere

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • With a solid experience (minimum of 3 years) as a sales manager or top performer in a real estate industry
  • Excellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable in networking and maintaining good client relationship
  • Must have confidence and must possess a positive attitude
  • Can work in a team and has high sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-motivation
  • Enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing and Online Selling
  • Real Estate Broker’s License is an advantage
  • Willing to work in any part of Metro Manila
