Swedish/Finnish Customer Service Representative

OnlineFactory.asia is looking for a Swedish/Finnish Customer Service Representative.

Positions are open for both Filipino bilingual applicants and native speakers as well.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answering calls of the customers
• Email & chat with customers

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills in the Swedish and Finnish language
• Can communicate in English & Swedish/Finnish  written and verbal
• Computer literate & Customer service experience is a plus
