Job Responsibilities
- Call customers who already ordered the products online and confirm the customer details and update in the database to deliver the products.
- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
- Timely response and assistance through proper channels when necessary.
- Works with other team members in identifying better ways of work process
- Approach customers positively and professionally.
- Keeps job knowledge up to date by focusing and attending upskill training sessions
