• Selling holidays and insurance
• Work with hotels and resorts to help people book their stay.
• Take incoming calls for people interested in staying in the hotel or resort.
• Help guests find the right accommodations to fit their needs, suggesting different packages or amenities that the facility offers
• Call clients to remind them of their upcoming reservation or to tell them if something about their reservation has changed.
• Arrange travel for business and vacation customers
• Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
