Content Moderator

We are looking for candidates with (Content Moderator) working experience for our (Content Moderation Account)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring calls: Content moderators listen to recorded calls and live interactions between customers and agents to ensure that the conversation meets the quality standards set by the call center.
• Evaluating content: Content moderators evaluate the content of the calls to ensure that agents are following call center policies and procedures, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Providing feedback: Content moderators provide agents with feedback on their performance, identifying areas where they need to improve and suggesting ways to enhance their communication skills.
• Documenting interactions: Content moderators document any issues or problems identified during the call and ensure that the appropriate action is taken to resolve them.
• Analyzing trends: Content moderators analyze call data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, agent performance, and call center operations.
• Training agents: Content moderators may be responsible for training new agents and helping them develop the skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining quality standards: Content moderators ensure that the call center meets quality standards set by the organization, regulatory bodies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• With at least 6 months to 11 months of BPO experience
• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• College graduate without BPO experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
