QA Manager

The company is seeking QA Manager with experience in working on complex, large-scale projects. We are looking for a passionate self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills and possesses a strong commitment to deliver bug-free solutions according to stipulated deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document and be responsible for the QA processes
• Establish metrics, apply industry best practices and develop new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
• Create comprehensive and well-structured test cases and reports for new and existing features.
• Perform testing at different parts of the development life cycle (Unit, Integration, Regression, Functional, Performance, User Acceptance, etc.)
• Ensure tests done provide appropriate coverage of the product
• Diagnose defects, log and track them from discovery to resolution
• Regularly report on test results and progress to the appropriate audience
• Provide UAT support and production rollouts (pre go-live and go-live testing) on an as-needed basis
• Serve as L2 Production support when necessary

Basic Qualifications:

• > 5 years of quality assurance/testing and related experience
• Experience working in or has knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology
• Experience with mobile, responsive and cross-platform applications
• Familiarity with QA tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized and with a keen eye for detail
• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools and frameworks is a strong advantage
• Experience with API testing is an advantage
• Experience with large scale projects throughout the full life cycle is an advantage
• Experience with enterprise-level software is an advantage
• Experience with UI-intensive applications across devices is an advantage
• Startup experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
