Job Description
Responsible in providing technical assistance to the organization in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of quality management systems under the direction of the Compliance Manager; The position is also tasked to provide planning support to operations in order to meet service levels through analysis and interpretation of relevant data.
Provide assistance to the Quality Management Representative (QMR)/Compliance Manager on matters pertaining to Quality Management System throughout the company including business accreditation and Continual Improvement including but not limited to: developing and organizing of applicable management systems documentation and subsequent systems implementation; the closure of nonconformity through scientific root cause analysis and permanent corrective action; Implements and/or carry out quality improvement activities.
Monitor the effective implementation of systems and procedures of UFPI and UOI, with reference to applicable international standards and corporate procedures (control of documents and records, control of nonconforming service, internal audit and corrective action)
Performs internal audits. Accomplish all the necessary activity associated with internal audit as specified in the company’s internal audit procedure; e.g., preparation of audit plan, coordination of audit schedule with auditee, issuance of internal audit notice, effective execution of internal audit, reporting, etc.
Performs follow-up audit and timely closure of nonconformity through permanent corrective action, both for External and Internal Audits.
Assist in the implementation of training programs and roll out of the company’s quality manual/BPM and the procedural guideline
Assist in the coordination with the 3rd Party auditors / certifying bodies regarding certification matter
Prepares reports of departmental activities as appropriate
Coordinate with the various departments to ensure compliance to the established Document and Record Control Procedure.
Research and benchmark practice; support the development of standards and measures in order to maintain and improve operational procedures and efficiency against productivity measures.
Assist in collating/ organizing documentation pertaining to management system and generates Management System related reports and statistics as required
Performs other functions as assigned by the Compliance Manager
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any 4-year course
At least six months’ work experience.
Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
Demonstrates analytical, planning and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); good business writing.
