TECHNICAL REVIEWER

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITY:

The Technical Reviewer has to check that ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 audit report packs comply with all relevant requirements. The Technical Reviewer’s responsibility is to verify that the audit has been conducted in accordance with all the procedural requirements, including team competence, audit time spent, structure of audit plan etc. and to confirm that the output of the audit is technically appropriate and adequate to support the recommendation of the audit team.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Check audit report packs that:
• All documentation is present and complete
• Any changes made since the client’s application verified as not adversely affecting the certification
• Scope is clearly defined, including site identification, standard, etc.
• Audit plan consistent with required audit days, team composition, shift structure and multi-site activities
• Observations and/or opportunities for improvement documented and clearly and appropriately worded
• Audit in conformance with the Global and Local Procedures and any applicable project, sampling or quality plan
• No major nonconformity remains open
• For Minor non-conformity, the clients proposed corrective action has been reviewed and accepted
• Audit covers all relevant Management Systems aspects and processes
• Team recommendation is consistent with the audit findings
• Use the relevant IT systems as necessary (APPLAUDD+, Certnet)
• Keep up to date on specific management system standards/normative documents, processes and procedures, audit principles, practices and techniques, and client Business Sector
• Comply with the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supporting objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years work experience in an engineering or administrative, managerial or supervisory position
• With experience working within a certified quality system (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001)
• Must have CQI/IRCA ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor’s Certificate
• A solid understanding of accreditation requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Amenable to working in Alabang, Muntinlupa
