Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate project management activities, resources, project samples and working materials
· Break projects into doable milestones and set timeframes
· Update project management systems accordingly and on daily basis, including those from clients
· Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management via RSP (resource planning sheet)
· Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
· Monitor project progress, troubleshoot and handle any issues and blockers that arise
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
· Report to the client and solve & follow up on issues raised by the client
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of relevant work experience
· Diploma or certificate in related discipline(s)
· Detail-minded, independent and self-motivated
· Willing to learn and cope with fast pace working culture
· Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
· Good communication and organization skills
· Good project or order management skills with high efficiency
