SALES MANAGER (AUTOMATION)

Our client is an international automation and semiconductor parts distributor.. We are exporting to more than 70 countries since 2019 and have more than 100,000 SKUs in 20 Automation categories in stock with average dispatch time less than 3 business days.

• Experience in planning and implementing sales Strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Experience managing and directing a sales team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to providing great customer service

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or any related field
• 5 years of experience in sales management for the position of Sales Manager
• 3 years of experience in sales management for the position of Sales Assistant
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• With experience in an Automation company is an advantage like: ABB, SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, PANASONIC, YASKAWA, FUJI ELECTRIC, ROCKWELL AUTOMATION, MITSUBIHSI, SICK, EATON, DELTA, MEANWELL, PHOENIX CONTACT and WEIDMELLER.
