PART-TIME CODING TUTOR

Job Description

Champ Code Academy is looking for a Part-Time Coding Instructor (starting ASAP) to support the team in the following areas:

• Teaching of the Beginner Class curriculum (100% online via Zoom)

• Assist the Head of Curriculum in fine-tuning teaching methodology

• Self-development in learning Advanced Class curriculum

• Collecting and relaying feedback from students and parents to the leadership team

Job Requirements

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Keen interest in computer science and programming languages

• Prior experience in coding is not required but a plus

• Attend 1x 2hr training session online via Zoom

• Prepare before each class using the self-study materials provided

• Able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of tutoring (5x 1hr lesson) per week

• Able to commit at least 6 months from the date of joining
