Must be a Bachelor’s Degree or 2 year Associate or Vocational Holder
Preferably with minimum 10 Months of experience in Call Center or Customer Service Set-up
With experience in handling voice (Inbound or Outbound) or Non-voice (email and chat support (Local Account)
Research, identify and resolves the customers complaints
Good communication skills (Oral and Written)
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel (PIVOT & VLOOOKUP).
Willing to work on-site and assigned in Ortigas, Pasig .
Willing to take shifting schedule (Morning, Mid & Graveyard).
Willing to take 6 Days Working Schedule.
