JOB SUMMARY

Perform various functions in the coordination, execution and documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse; Deliver tasks required in the areas of Cargo Management, Records Organization, Operational Cost, and Administration.

REQUIREMENTS

• Work experience in the logistics business as sales and marketing, customer service, shipment processing and documentation, and transportation service
• Jagobiao, Mandaue City or nearby areas residence since the work entails shifting schedule based on a 24/7 operations
• Vocational or Tertiary education due to the nature of transactions and coordination works

• With knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word)
• A multi-tasker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and keen to details
• Regularly required to use hands, arms, and legs to handle, reach and step

• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Specific vision includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
• Occasionally required to various work shift schedules following the 24/7 logistics operations
