Logistics Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
• Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as invoice, packing lists, etc. for ongoing shipments and projects
• Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
• Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.

Job Requirements:

• College graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics with the same industry
• Preferably with good working knowledge in SAP
• Excellent both verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Willing to work in Pasig and Marikina City
