Responsibilities
• Coordination of customers’ requirements via Haulio’s portal
• Secure best fit hauliers for trucking jobs
• Achieve high service standards for all customers
• Manage customers’ and Hauliers’ expectations and requirements
• Basic reporting on the job progress
• Dispute resolution between hauliers and customers
• Review pricing upon job completion for finance billing
• Any other ad-hoc duties will be assigned by supervisor
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Maritime Studies or in a relevant discipline
• Fresh graduates in a relevant discipline are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and operations in the freight forwarding & logistics industry are preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a team player
• Able to work 5.5 day work week
