TEAM LEADER
DAYSHIFT / LOCAL ACCOUNT
Job Description and Qualifications:
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in a BPO setup (local or international)
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Preferably with experience in outbound calls
- Willing to attend the final interview (face-to-face)
- Track and documents employee time and schedule
- Assist in reviewing agent performance results daily to ensure all goals are met or exceeded
- Monitor and assesses agent calls to drive performance improvement plans
- Provide direction and guidance for consistent achievement of key performance metrics
- Achieve, measure, report, and communicate metric goal attainment for assigned team
- Consistently achieve goals for the number of call monitoring and scores for an assigned team of customer service agents
- Coach, mentor, and develop agent team for skills expansion and promotional opportunities
- Assists, tracks, and coordinates with supporting departments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Salary range: P25,000.00-P30,000.00 plus incentive/commission
Work Schedule: 6days/week
Location: Bayani Road, Taguig City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
