Description:

'Overview:
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Specialist. The main role is to assist the Admin Manager in overseeing day-to-day office operations. PIC or primary liaison with office administration to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements. Identify office-related issues and coordinate maintenance requests effectively. Oversee space allocation and optimize office utilization.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and mentor a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational policies.
2. Monitor and manage the maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulations.
3. Develop and implement best practices for vehicle usage and driver performance.
4. Lead the purchase process for office supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
5. Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records of purchases.
6. Guide and support admin staff to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Implement and refine admin procedures to streamline office operations.
8 . Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations concerning administrative functions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, with supervisory or asst. managerial responsibilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant office software
- Experience in vehicle management and procurement is a plus
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Team building skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Working Days: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
