'Key Responsibilities:
- Life/Medical and Non-Life PIC management, new development, and taking care of existing clients with PIC.
- In charge of acquiring new accounts and maintaining existing clients.
- Account Management including developing and executing sales strategies.

- Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any field
- Knowledge on HMO, Life and Non-Life Insurance
- At least 15 years of experience in Insurance Sales and/or Account Management including developing and executing sales strategies
- Supervisory/Managerial experience in handling a team
- Proficient in MS Office application and Presentation Skills
- Pleasing personality and service-oriented
- Teamwork and respect for others, as well as ethical behavior and professional conduct
- Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Existing team members are in their early forties. Hence, they prefer to hire a candidate who is 45 and above.
P 70,000 gross salary including allowances
Company car is provided during client visits.
