Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment process for all levels of employees, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the retail and food service industry.
Manage job postings and maintain a talent pool.
Employee Onboarding and Development:
Design and implement a comprehensive employee onboarding program.
Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Identify training needs across different departments and facilitate training programs.
Performance Management:
Establish performance management systems, including setting goals, regular performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Monitor employee performance and address performance issues.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations.
Promote a culture of open communication and employee engagement.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
Monitor and update employment policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Conduct regular compliance audits.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage employee compensation structure, including salary reviews and adjustments.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure their effective utilization.
Strategic HR Planning:
