Description:

Job Description

  • Handles all recruitment requests from requisition, sourcing candidates, initial screening, arrangement and coordination of client interviews, discussion of job offers with selected candidates, and collection of required documents.
  • Coordinates closely with internal departments (i.e. Business Development, Deployment and Digital Marketing).
  • Ensures that the final screening of all shortlisted candidates meets the highest standards and that the candidates presented to clients meet their requirements.
  • Ensures that candidates are properly presented to clients (i.e. Candidate Profiles, Candidate Summaries, etc.) within the target date.
  • Communicates effectively with the Clients for CV endorsements and interviews (via online or face- to-face) and sends follow-ups on statuses of endorsed candidates.
  • Coordinates and assists in Recruitment trips, Trade Tests, Demos, or any requirements given by the Clients.
  • Ensures full understanding of performance metrics as well as targets to be achieved.
  • Ensures that Background Checks are done for all shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepares and submits recruitment reports and other related reports accurately and promptly.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
  • Must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
  • Experience in account management and in handling local and/or overseas clients is a plus.
  • Flexible working hybrid set up (4 times work onsite and 1 day remote work)
