Description:
1. Performs general accounting function
2. Review payment requests and ensure the accuracy of supporting documents
3. Handles financial reporting and analysis
4. Manages local compliances ensuring timely and accurate reporting of BIR requirements
5. Assists in the preparation of budget and forecasts
6. Knowledgeable with BOI reporting
The vacancy will be reported to the Finance and Accounting manager. Currently, there are 2 other personnel reporting to her. Hands-on experience is needed for this role.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or equivalent
* CPA is preferred (or experience in supporting global organizations)
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance
* Full knowledge of the end-to-end accounting cycle
* Expertise in financial reporting, general ledger, and account reconciliation
* Ability to work independently, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
* Knowledge of PFRS and Philippine taxation.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Venture mindset and be ambitious toward the work
Interview: 1: Face to Face (normally the interview finishes at one time)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
