Description:
Product Quality Assurance & Management
Serves as a key member of the response team for handling customer complaints from China.
Need to interpret as a key member of the complaint response team from Chinese clients.
Handling Customer Complaints from China – Act as a key member of the complaint response team, serving as the point of contact between Chinese customers, the China office, and the manufacturing department to ensure swift and effective resolution of issues.
General Quality Assurance Operations – Manage complaint responses, internal audits, document preparation, on-site manufacturing inspections, and follow-ups.
Primary responsibility: Handling complaints from Chinese customers, with communication mainly conducted by sales representatives at the China office. Proficiency in Chinese is required.
When there are no complaints: Perform regular duties as a member of the Quality Assurance Department.
Engineering experience or quality assurance experience, with sufficient Chinese language skills for effective communication.
Quality assurance experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably in an electronic components manufacturer).
Working schedule: Monday to Friday 07:30~17:15
