Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. A background in beauty, skincare, or cosmetology is an advantage
• Prior experience in retail or beauty sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare products and their benefits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to recommend suitable skincare solutions based on customer needs.
• Well-groomed and presentable to represent the brand professionally.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
• Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly, building rapport to understand their skincare needs.
• Provide expert advice on products, benefits, and proper usage techniques.
• Actively promote skincare and beauty products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate products, such as testing textures or applying samples to customers.
• Maintain a professional image and represent the brand’s values.
• Educate customers about the brand's philosophy and skincare range.
• Record daily sales and prepare reports for the manager.
• Track customer feedback to improve services.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally.
• Continuously improve skincare and sales techniques.
