The main purpose of this role is to contribute to profitable sales volume and meeting strategic targets through managing clients’ accounts.

• Managing client accounts and contribute to the strategic account planning process.
• Maintains accurate and detailed information relevant to customer accounts for the purpose of conducting analysis that influence account-specific decision making.
• Responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned accounts.
• Increase sales revenue by offering promotion or new upgrades / subscription plans.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building a strong relationship with customers.
• Analyse, understand and recommend solutions that improves customer’s business’s process and increase their productivity.
• Analyse customer accounts / industry and recommend solutions to grow account size and value.
• Prepare detailed proposals / quotes depending on each customer’s requirements.
• Handles related duties as are necessary for the proper management of accounts and duties assigned.
