Your Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries and resolve concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Needed Qualifications
High school graduate or ALS graduate
We must have at least a high school or senior high school graduate with no call center experience.
With at least 6 months of accounting background or experience
