Description:

JOB POSITION :

As a junior recruiter specializing in screening profiles, your primary responsibility is to efficiently sift through a large volume of resumes or job applications to identify candidates who closely match the requirements of the position you're hiring for.

Status: Full- time Permanent

Mode of work: Onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Resume Screening: Your main task is to review resumes or job applications submitted by candidates. You'll need to quickly scan through each one to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant criteria specified in the job description.
  • Skill Assessment: You'll need to evaluate candidates' skills based on their resumes and any initial assessments or tests provided. This might involve looking for specific keywords, certifications, or relevant experiences.
  • Initial Contact: Once you've identified potential candidates, you may reach out to them for a preliminary discussion. This could involve confirming their interest in the position, asking some basic screening questions, and scheduling further interviews if necessary.
  • Candidate Communication: Throughout the process, you'll maintain communication with candidates, keeping them informed about their status in the hiring process and providing feedback where applicable.
  • Database Management: You'll likely use applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other software to keep track of candidates and their application statuses. Properly updating and maintaining these databases is crucial for organizational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaboration: While you may primarily focus on screening, you'll also collaborate with other team members, such as senior recruiters or hiring managers, to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: As a junior recruiter, you should actively seek feedback and opportunities for improvement in your screening processes. This could involve refining your criteria for candidate selection, learning new techniques for resume evaluation, or staying updated on industry trends.
