New Center Support Associate_WFH schedule

■ Job description：

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to new Kumon franchisees and ensure their business is operating smoothly. 
• Help develop strong business relationships with franchisees.
• Strengthen franchise center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with instructors.
• Assess and provide recommendations on how the new franchises can sustain and increase the profitability of their center.

The person does not have to be from its competitors or educational industries. However current employees who joined the team resonate with its mission and Kumon method.

■ It is fully work from home on the contract. Still, there are occasions that the person needs to report to the office or Kumon classroom near their office, and on average, each position involves coming to the office or the classroom about once a week, employees live within 1.5 - 2 hours from the Makati office.

(The frequency of reporting to the office depends on the work task and situation.)

Though they are recruiting candidates who can commute to the Makati office, if the candidate in Cebu is interested in the position, it is welcome to have an interview with them.

***Please be guided (anywhere is fine but not too local area, so our target would be Metro Manila (Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, or anywhere in Luzon Island is ok) + Cebu + Davao as it is work from set up)***

Contributing to educational progress in the Philippines 
Japanese educational method 
Fully work from home 

**It is fully worked from home on the contract. Still, there are occasions to report to the office or Kumon classroom near their office, and 
on average, each position involves coming to the office or the classroom about once a week, so employees live within 1.5 -2 hours from the Makati office. There can be an opportunity for the Japanese study tour 

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree holder of any related course. 
• Willing to do extensive travel in the Philippines. 
• Has strong communication skills. 
• Knowledge of franchise operations is a definite advantage. 

Work schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm (Flex)

Interview schedule: 
1. HR member
2. HR manager + Department Manager
3. Japanese CEO (Mr. Takahashi) only manager level
