-Input all newly installed equipment in FMS and create schedule with proper job plan
-keep updated for the list of equipment in the FMS system & the equipment which require to be deleted in the FMS need to get approval from System Owner.
-Provide weekly PM activities to all maintenance team
-Provide KPI report
-Train new employees on FMS
-Support Tiers in using FMS
-Update all information needed in FMS such as PM, CM & etc
-Attend meetings for FMS update
-Check and review completed work orders
-Establish Work Order updates
-Update Tiers and contractors in every change in FMS
-Safe keeping of facilities audits.
