Production Team Leader medical device plant

a) Assists the immediate superior in monitoring daily production status to ensure products are produced within the standard lead time.
b) Monitors daily production performance such as production output, machine downtime, and manpower allocation.
c) Performs change-over and set-up of machine and jigs in preparation for the next production lot.
d) Initiates line and process improvement to ensure production efficiency. Perform Product Validation with other sections (if necessary) for product and process improvement.

a) Graduate of any four-year course
b) With at least 2-3 years related experience in the manufacturing set-up relating to machine set-up
c) With good leadership and technical skills
d) With good communication skills both written and oral
e) Computer literate and with knowledge of MS Office

Working Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (AS PER COMPANY CALENDAR, SELECTED SATURDAYS OFF) 8:00～17:00
