Competent Supervisor

•    Competent person for Schedule Waste Management (CePSWaM)
•    To ensure scheduled waste on the premises been properly managed in accordance with DOE requirements.
•    Perform manual work necessary to support the recycling, compost, and other waste programs. Implement, coordinate, and monitor waste management and recycling programs.
•    Collect, sort, deliver, and dispose of scheduled waste.
•    Prepare the container such as drum, carboys or bucket for SW if required.
•    Collection of Scheduled Waste in production line 
•    Update/maintain daily inventory of scheduled waste.
•    Check daily level of waste in Yard 
•    Housekeeping of all waste in Storage area.
•    Prepare 5S and checklist for all kind of schedule waste
•    Follow procedures for waste management and chemical handling, including sampling, weighing, and storing chemical containers.
•    Prepare for waste disposal process.
•    Participate in training and professional development activities, including necessary certification.
•    To order item for storage and labeling of scheduled waste.
•    Maintain records as necessary.
•    Prepare all documentation for scheduled waste disposal.
•    Perform other duties as assigned that related to schedule waste management 
•    Assist ESH when there is audit.
•    Attend morning meeting to present daily work and Job Hazard Analysis.
•    Ensure all Chemical drums in their respective location.
•    Housekeeping of all containers / pallets / bags.
•    Transfer chemical to smaller containers for production.
•    Chemical checking – to check all chemical deliver complying to regulation.
•    Remove drums (Oil/other) to loading bay per operations user requests.
•    Arrange to send the drums to operations users.
•    Manage empty chemical container in yard.
