JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and departmental KPIs
To manage group of international customers assigned by the management and follow-up, anticipate and fulfil customers; requirements and needs
To Prepare accurate and meaningful quotation
To Liaise with internal departments in obtaining the required information and to provide it in a timely manner to the customer
To Liase with internal design and operation team throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met
To Assist and coordinate with various internal department in ensuring proper execution of projects and orders
To Delivering competitive and accurate solutions on standard, non-standard and special products
To Provide sales report and forecast based on your region to your managers
To Maintain and regularly update reports on prospects and project progress in CRM system
To Assist in the marketing of the product and projects
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma of Degree in any discipline
Min. 2 years of experience in related field
Excellent customer service, account management skills
Good understanding of clients in your designated region
Excellent command of English
Good common sense
Optimistic and cheerful disposition

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Basic Salary 3,200.00-3,500.00
