• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Manage and monitor multi-currency transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with currency exchange rates.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions.
• Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory filings, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Lead and mentor a small team of accounting professionals, fostering development and growth within the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance financial performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Proven experience in multi-currency management, including familiarity with foreign exchange rates and international accounting standards.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
