Job Description: -
- Reporting to CEO & Director directly.
- Responsible to lead a sales team to achieve company goals in sales revenue.
- Prepare a yearly sales budget based on sales forecasts from clients.
- Maintain and expand the company’s client base by implementing business strategic plans.
- Regularly visit existing/new/potential clients to develop business opportunities.
- Provide pre/after-sales service support if it is required.
- Able to study the bill of materials and engineering drawings during the RFQ stage.
- Prepare/ Approve/ Submission quotations to clients based on MPP provided by the engineering team.
- Create/ Approve sales orders in the ERP system after confirmation orders from clients.
- Provide MPP to the planning team for work order preparation purposes.
- Communicate and arrange with purchasing team for any outsource jobs.
- Perform sales planning in deliveries with the planning team based on OTD requirements by clients.
- Conduct sales meetings with the team for sales performance analysis.
- Review and analyze client's feedback in order to improve customer satisfaction.
