- Prepares & posts job advertisement, screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms, etc.
- Scouting, screening, hiring & orienting all the employees needed by the company.
- Implement the HR policies/manual, and issue memos, sanctions and termination letters to erring employees.
- Does the payroll, gov’t mandated benefits & all other HR tasks.
- Overseas on a daily basis the Security & Maintenance staff.
- Overseas the property management (of the ofc bldg.).
- Responsible for the purchasing of office suppliers, corporate Christmas giveaways, and other items needed for local purchase.
- Strategies and conducts various employee engagement activities to ensure that the Turnberry office atmosphere & team is a great & happy place to be part of.
- Conducts / spearheads the annual performance appraisal of all employees; & recommends the needed compensation adjustments to the President.
