Filling Assistant

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise staff to include hiring, training evaluating performance, providing compensation recommendations and determining disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Supervise function of the Filing process that typically involves a single or less complex product line(s), ensure resources and personnel are available and allocated to meet operational demand, responds to employee and management questions and concerns and monitors Filled Product quality.
• Develops, analyzes and reviews a variety of operational reports within function(s) to improve quality, efficiency, cycle, times and volumes, and implements operational changes as required.
• Develops operating policies and procedures to ensure the efficient use of resources, maintain a safe environment and produce quality products.
• Work with Production Engineers, Warehouse supervisor or management to review production quality, safety and other activities by reviewing reports and operations and other information as required or directed.
• Read batch ticket or other production information, ensure container are correct, and physically load finished good according to the batch ticket and steps
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma and Degree or equivalent
• 2 years working experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Good communication skills
• Experience in Oracle, SAP and etc
• Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
