Description:

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: Prepares accurate and timely financial reports on a periodic basis.

TYPICAL TASKS:

  • Records transactions in the accounting system.
  • Reviews accounting entries of different accounting segments before they are posted in the system.
  • Ensures that all transactions, including accruals for expenses for the period are recorded timely and accurately.
  • Prepares and maintains schedules of accounts.
  • Prepares financial reports on a periodic basis such as but not limited to Financial Statements.
  • Ensures that the company complies with government regulatory requirements such as but not limited to BIR Returns.
  • Performs all other functions that the Finance Manager may instruct in consonance to the company's usual trade of business.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA is preferred.
  • Experience in general accounting and reports preparation.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportorial requirements.
  • Knowledge of government regulatory requirements such as but not limited to BIR Returns.
  • Expertise in using SAP, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
