Job Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls from customers and providing accurate information and assistance.
-Following established call center procedures and protocols to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
-Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams or supervisors as needed.
-Documenting all customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and feedback, in the call center database.
-Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers over the phone.
-Adhering to call center metrics and goals, such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
-Keeping up-to-date with changes in products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
-NO BPO experience required
-Candidate should be from Mindanao
-High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
-Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
-Fully Vaccinated
Relocation Details:
• Transportation Allowance amounting to PHP 2,000
• Daily Allowance amounting to PHP 4,500
