Job Description
Handles all recruitment requests from requisition, sourcing candidates, initial screening, arrangement and coordination of client interviews, discussion of job offers with selected candidates, and collection of required documents.
Coordinates closely with internal departments (i.e. Business Development, Deployment and Digital Marketing).
Ensures that the final screening of all shortlisted candidates meets the highest standards and that the candidates presented to clients meet their requirements.
Ensures that candidates are properly presented to clients (i.e. Candidate Profiles, Candidate Summaries, etc.) within the target date.
Communicates effectively with the Clients for CV endorsements and interviews (via online or face- to-face) and sends follow-ups on statuses of endorsed candidates.
Coordinates and assists in Recruitment trips, Trade Tests, Demos, or any requirements given by the Clients.
Ensures full understanding of performance metrics as well as targets to be achieved.
Ensures that Background Checks are done for all shortlisted candidates.
Prepares and submits recruitment reports and other related reports accurately and promptly.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
Must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
Experience in account management and in handling local and/or overseas clients is a plus.
Flexible working hybrid set up (4 times work onsite and 1 day remote work)
