Job Description:
Store Management and Supervision:
Oversee the management and operations of franchise confectionery stores: guide sales performance, service quality, and operational standards to ensure optimal store performance.
New Store Setup and Support:
Assist in preparing and launching new stores, including implementing POS systems, supplier development, and other operational needs.
Identify and develop potential new store locations. Creates and executes sales promotion strategies to drive growth and improve store performance.
Staff Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for store staff to enhance their skills and ensure smooth daily operations.
Other Responsibilities:
Handle any other tasks related to store management and operations as required.
Graduated from a four-year college degree
Store supervisor experience (Preferably 4-10 years)
Someone who can give instructions and engage in hands-on tasks at the workplace.
Experience in café operations is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong passion and interest
Interview Details: Two F2F interviews (1st, Filipino supervisor, 2nd, Japanese manager/president) and Aptitude Test.
Training:
Successful candidates will undergo training in Japan.
New Store Launch:
The first store is scheduled to open in July.
Working Days: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays off)
