Plantation Executive

Job Description

• Responsible to manage and oversee daily operation of plantation to achieve the Company objectives and ensure operational efficiency of plantations.
• Ensure that the plantation is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural Company’s requirement.
• Responsible for ensuring the process of plantation auditing fulfils Company obligations of compliance.
• To support plantation administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with MSPO requirements.
• Identify problems that arise and report to Superior.
• Perform any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Agriculture or Plantation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
