This is an Urgent requirement. Hybrid work (office is at Ayala Avenue, Makati city)
Understanding Hiring Needs:
Collaborate with BD/Client to understand their requirements and skills needed for open positions.
Sourcing Candidates:
Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including passive screening, job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Create and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes/applications and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and suitability.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers/BD/Client and other relevant stakeholders.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
Assist with the offer process, negotiate salary and benefits, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Data Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor/Update/Analyze recruitment metrics, track candidate progress, and provide reports on hiring performance.
Staying Updated:
Keep abreast of current employment laws, best practices in recruitment, and emerging technologies.
Ensuring a Positive Candidate and Client Experience:
Create a positive and professional experience for all candidates, regardless of whether they are hired.
3 years of related experience
Excellent communication skills (all levels of the Organization)
MS Office, ATS, HRIS, Key Account system/software
Upward career-based trajectory mindset
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am to 5 pm
Salary budget: P20K - P30K (depending on experience)
