- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service-related issues and relationships.
- Conduct review and verification of daily operational and maintenance activities to ensure that requisite manpower levels are upheld. Coordinate support requirements on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ensure that all personnel are adequately trained on the technical aspects of all systems within the designated scope of work.
- Collaborate directly with site managers and system owners to ensure that all executed work is appropriately permitted and coordinated.
- Participate in meetings and scheduled gatherings as necessary to facilitate communication and enhance operational and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and present a weekly status report.
- Generate monthly reports detailing operational and maintenance activities to confirm task completion and identify items requiring corrective action.
- Engage directly in system modifications, operational changes, process troubleshooting, and the installation of new or replacement equipment.
- Conduct monthly data analysis on system performance, including capacity, demand, and efficiency.
- Implement improvements focused on reliability-based and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Track and report costs associated with labor, materials, and overtime, providing necessary documentation for the approval of any additional submitted costs.
- Develop, execute, and monitor skills training programs and refresher courses for employees.
- Improve and refine standard operating procedures and system sequences of operation for operators and technicians.
- Collaborate with site facilities personnel to facilitate internal and external audits and address any identified deviations.
- Propose recommendations aimed at enhancing service and identifying potential cost-reduction opportunities.
- Address customer service issues in a professional manner while proactively fostering positive relationships.
