Job description：
Cultivating new clients and also communicating with current clients.

■Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to uphold customer satisfaction. 

Order Processing: Support the sales staff by completing and processing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. 

Sales Coordination: Assisting in sales activities, ensuring the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals, and sharing innovative lead-generating ideas. 

Data Management: Maintain and update the sales database with relevant prospect details, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of customer records in the CRM system. 

Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. 

Members: There are 11 members in the sales team: 10 Filipino and 1 Japanese.

Can use the company car.

＜Must＞
・College Graduate of Any Course 
・Sales, Sales support, or any customer-related jobs, ex, customer support (any industry is fine, but prefer manufacturing or trading in car parts or precision equipment)
・Proficient in Microsoft Office

Good benefits with bonus (depending on performance, but 2 months in addition to 13 months ' pay was provided)

Interview: Prefer face-to-face one time, but online is negotiable.

Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm
