Social Media Backer – Content & Engagement Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy social media pro who knows how to turn ideas into engaging content. If you live and breathe social media and know how to spark conversations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Plan content calendars to boost engagement and brand awareness
• Respond to comments and messages to build community
• Design visuals and simple video content (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Track performance and prepare basic social media reports
• Support ad campaigns across major platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of social media trends and platforms
• Creative mindset with good design sense
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable using basic design and content tools
• Proactive, organized, and highly engaged online
