Position: Lead Backer (Remote)

As a Lead Backer, you'll play a vital role in supporting lead management, CRM operations, and agent coordination. You'll help ensure leads are properly assigned, pipelines remain organized, and agents have the tools and support they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Manage, organize, and nurture leads within the CRM system.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and assign them to the appropriate agents.
• Monitor agent activity, productivity, and lead follow-up performance.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Google Sheets.
• Support CRM troubleshooting and assist with onboarding and training agents on system processes.
• Maintain accurate lead databases and ensure pipeline information remains up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and optimize lead management processes.
