Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule client appointments
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and text inquiries
• Follow up with prospects using established outreach processes
• Handle objections and communicate value effectively
• Update CRM records and manage appointment calendars
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous appointment-setting experience is required
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong customer service, active listening, and objection-handling skills
• Organized, goal-driven, and proficient with CRM systems
