SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Senior Account Executive’s Scope of Works:

1.      Handle and maintain a full sets of Account until Audit closing.

2.      Prepare financial reporting (i.e: monthly, quarterly and yearly).

3.      Monitor & perform bank matters and cash flow management (i.e: Bank balance, bank reconciliation, Monitor operational expenses and cash utilization & etc).

4.      Preparation for Audit and submission of Taxation (i.e: liaise with auditor, tax agent, relevant authorities & etc).

5.      Team Coordination & Supervision (i.e: Supervise & guide finance team members within the department).

6.      System & Process Improvement (i.e: Maintain proper accounting records & accounting systems).

7.      Support Project & Cost Monitoring (i.e: Support project accounting, budgeting and cost monitoring for ongoing projects).

8.      Payroll & Finance Administration (i.e: Support finance-related administrative matters when required).

Requirements:

1.      Prefer who has Degree or equivalent in accounting/finance field.

2.      Prefer who has four (4) years and above of accounting/finance experiences

3.      Proficient in accounting software (SQL / AutoCount / UBS / etc.)

4.      Willing to learn and fast learner.

5.      Able to work under pressure within time constrain

6.      Able to do ad hoc works at all time.

7.      Able to work in a team as group.

8.      Able to liaise with third parties (i.e: clients, contractors, suppliers, Site Office Staff, debtors & etc).
